6th Annual Take A Bough: Holiday Tree Auction to Benefit WPCNHF

WHAT:  The Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation’s 6^th Annual Take A Bough: Holiday Auction to Benefit the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation (WPCNHF). This 4-day Christmas Tree and Holiday Décor Auction will showcase decorated trees, wreaths, and tabletop centerpieces that are all available for bid.  Auctioned items will be draped with gift cards, travel packages and other donated items of value. The bidding on the items will culminate on Monday, November 23rd at the final reception and sponsor recognition event which will be held at the Hard Rock Café.

WHEN: Online and Mobile Bidding will open on November 20th and close November 23rd.  You can bid online here.

Take A Bough at Station Square will be open to the public on Friday, November 20th from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm and Saturday, November 21st from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm at  no charge.

The final reception will take place on Monday, November 23rd at The Hard Rock Cafe from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm.

Final reception tickets will be on sale for $75 per ticket.  Tickets to the final reception can be purchased here.

How can you help?

1. Donate a decorated holiday item for auction.  That item could include but isn’t limited to: artificial decorated Christmas tree in a theme; artificial decorated wreath for a door or above a fireplace; a centerpiece; or a decorative item for a mantel or side table.
2. Sponsor this event.  We have many different levels of sponsorship opportunities available.  This is a great way to promote your business and give back to the bleeding disorders community.
3. Donate a gift card. Raffle tickets will be sold for a “Gift Tree.” The value of the tree is yet to be determined but if it should reach $500 a second tree will also be raffled. The idea is to have all of your holiday shopping finished if you win the tree!
