The National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF) in partnership with the CDC, would like to invite you, to participate in an anonymous survey. The goal of the survey is to learn more about the knowledge, awareness, and attitudes of the bleeding disorders community towards prophy treatment (proactive treatment to prevent bleeds), as well as to find out the knowledge and awareness of new, non-factor therapies for the treatment of hemophilia A & B.
