Fall Flower Fundraiser

Order your fall flowers and support the Western PA Bleeding Disorders Foundation!

A portion of all sales will be donated back to the Foundation to provide education, support groups, and patient assistance to families and individuals living with a bleeding disorder in Western PA!

If you would prefer to pay by check, fill out the order form, and mail the completed form with your check to the Foundation office. If you would like to pay with cash, you can stop at the Foundation office with your completed order form. Please do NOT send cash through the mail.

If you are unable to pick up your flowers on that day, please contact Jessica Lee at jessica@wpbdf.org or by phone at 724-741-6160 to arrange alternative pick-up options at the Foundation office, located at:
