Join us for the 14th Annual Run for Their Lives 5K happening in-person on September 9, 2023! Your participation will help raise awareness of bleeding disorders and help raise needed funds for education and advocacy. Run through beautiful tree-lined streets in North Park, located in northern Allegheny County, just north of Pittsburgh, PA.

Time: Registration begins at 7:30 AM, Race begins at 8:30 AM
Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)

Each participant will receive a technical race t-shirt, goody bag, and medal. The FINAL day to register and ensure you receive a t-shirt is Friday, August 11, 2023.
The registration fee schedule is as follows:
$25 – Now through September 8, 2023

Virtual Run for Their Lives 5K
Our hybrid run gives you the choice to join us in-person on September 9th in North Park or be a virtual runner and run one of your favorite courses! No matter where you run, you’re still raising critical awareness and funds to support those affected by bleeding disorders in Western Pennsylvania!
Registration for virtual runners is $25 and includes a t-shirt, race medal, and goody bag. Virtual runners have the option to have their race packets/bags mailed to them for an additional fee or free pick-up at the WPBDF office located at:

Our office is open from 9 am – 4 pm. Please contact Jessica, Race Director, at jessica@wpbdf.org to coordinate packet pick-up. Race packets will be shipped and be available for pick-up starting on Monday, September 4th.
