Strategies to Better Manage Stress

This program dives into a deeper and better understanding of stress, anxiety, and depression. Attendees will learn coping strategies to better manage stress. The program will also address concerns that WPCNHF Chapter members have recently expressed, including coping with stress related to COVID, such as hospital stays and the stress experienced by both patients and loved ones; and coping with the loss of in-person social interactions.

This program will be presented by Dr. Gary McClain, PhD, a therapist, patient advocate, and author, specializing in helping clients deal with the emotional impact of chronic and life-threatening illnesses.

Each household will receive a window garden kit!
