Doors open at 5:30 PM
Dinner will be provided by Outback Steakhouse of Washington, and the dinner buffet will open at 5:30 PM. Be sure to come hungry and enjoy a delicious meal!
The dress code for the evening is dressy-casual, but we encourage everyone to come wearing an Ugly Holiday Sweater!
Parking & Check-In:
Free parking is available at Red Fox Winery. Upon arrival, turn left past the bar and head downstairs to check in. Tickets may still be available for purchase at the door, so feel free to invite anyone last-minute!
At check-in, you’ll also have the chance to purchase tickets for our exciting reverse raffle—a twist on the traditional raffle where you don’t want your number to be called! Throughout the evening, tickets will be drawn, and the last ten remaining players will have the option to split the pot or continue drawing for the grand prize! If all tickets are sold, the grand prize could be as much as $250.
Reverse Raffle tickets are $10 each, and for the basket raffles, we offer 5 tickets for $5, 10 tickets for $10, or 20 tickets for $20. Cash only for all raffle purchases.
Games of Chance:
Starting at 5:30 PM, we’ll have a variety of fun games—including PINKO, Chuck A Luck, and a Soda Pull—with chances to win fantastic prizes. Cash is required to play.
Ugly Sweater Contest:
We’re bringing back the Ugly Sweater Contest! If you’d like to participate, join us up at the front at 7:30 PM to join our Ugly Sweater Parade. The winner will receive a $25 gift card to the Big Burrito Restaurant Group, redeemable at alta via, Cashbah, Eleven, Kaya, Mad Mex, Soba, and Umi.
Holiday Auction:
To join our exciting Holiday Auction, you’ll need a mobile device. WiFi will be available, and you can bid directly through your browser at https://givebutter.com/c/takeabough24/auction. The auction is already live, so start bidding now for a chance to win incredible items!
Wine Sampling:
Enjoy wine samples courtesy of Red Fox Winery as you mingle and explore the event.
What to Bring:
We’ll have some special holiday guests this year, including Santa Claus and the Grinch! Be sure to bring your phone to capture photos with them, as well as your loved ones. Also, don’t forget to bring cash for games, raffles, and to purchase handmade jewelry from members of the WPBDF community, along with exclusive WPBDF merchandise.
