Memorial and Honor Giving
Make a Memorial Donation
WPBDF is honored to share in keeping the memory of your loved one alive through the memorial donations received by our Foundation. Donations to the Western Pennsylvania Bleeding Disorders Foundation (WPBDF) help provide continued education, support groups, and patient assistance to families and individuals in need in our community. Your gift is put to work immediately to support the members of the Western PA bleeding disorders community.
Your tax-deductible donation shows the family of the deceased that you care about their loved one while supporting WPBDF.
On the donation form, you can check the box to indicate your donation is in memory of someone. You will then be prompted to enter their name. You have the option to send an email notifying the loved one’s family or friend of your donation. The person indicated promptly receives a personalized email notifying them of your thoughtful gift, without revealing the amount. If preferred, WPBDF can mail a letter notifying the family that a donation has been made in memory of their loved one, without revealing the amount. Please email jessica@wpbdf.org or call 724-741-6160 to notify us if this option is preferred.
