The National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF) will hold it’s 71st Annual Meeting in Anaheim, CA, October 3-5, 2019.
The Annual Meeting enables our community to come together and exchange information on a wide variety of topics, from the basics of diagnosis to the most recent and relevant developments in treatment and technology. It is the premier opportunity for networking and support for individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders.
The Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation (WPCNHF) wishes to support individuals and/or families with bleeding disorders to attend NHF’s Annual Meeting. This grant will cover round trip travel to Anaheim, CA, hotel room, and the Annual Meeting registration fees.
Grant recipients will be determined through an equitable selection process conducted by a volunteer review team. Preference will be given to those who have not previously attended an NHF Annual Meeting. Each grant will cover up to two family members, potentially more based on the availability of funds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
To apply for the grant, applicants must fill out the application and return it to the WPCNHF office by mail, e-mail, or fax. All applications must be postmarked or received by e-mail or fax by May 10, 2019. The grant application can be found here: WPCNHF 2019 NHF Annual Meeting Grant Application
