Regional Summer Education Day

Join us Saturday, August 9th at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, WV for a full day of learning and fun!
Our day will kick off with an insightful presentation
- Advocating for Your Care in the Emergency Room, led by Dawn Rotellini from the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation.
Then, choose between two breakout sessions:
- Beyond Bleeds: Optimizing Joint Health in Adults with Bleeding Disorders, presented by Clayton Kubrick, Physical Therapist at the Hemophilia Center of Western PA
- Navigating School with a Bleeding Disorder, presented by Maria Rohan, Community Education Specialist at Takeda
Childcare will be provided on site for your convenience.
We’ll take a break to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch together. After the sessions, everyone will receive an activity wristband granting all-day access to Oglebay Resort’s outdoor pool, zoo, aerial challenge course, mini golf, and more.

- Transportation assistance is available upon request.
- Overnight accommodations can be provided on Friday night for guests traveling 150 miles or more.
