Join us for the inaugural Pennsylvania Bleeding Disorders Conference! Gather with other individuals and families living with bleeding disorders, from across the state of Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Hear from experts in the bleeding disorders field and learn more about your or your loved one’s bleeding disorder; meet others and grow your peer network; visit vendor booths and learn about the latest treatments and services.

Program & Activities:
The weekend will include sessions for adults with bleeding disorders and parents of children with bleeding disorders. Fun, educational sessions and activities will be provided for children, based on age group. Daycare will be provided for children ages 0-6.
Program Topics Include:
The conference will begin the evening of Friday, May 16 and conclude by noon on Sunday, May 18. An optional, pre-conference program for Advocacy Ambassadors will be offered on Friday afternoon.
All registered persons are expected to participate in meal programs and education sessions for the duration of the conference. Children will be enrolled in programs and activities, based on age.
The schedule is as follows:*
Friday, May 16 – Check-in for PABDC will begin at 4:00 pm and the Opening Session and dinner will begin at 6:00 pm. An optional pre-conference program for those interested in becoming an Advocacy Ambassador, will begin at 1:00 pm.
Saturday, May 17 – Breakfast will begin at 7:30 am, followed by education sessions. Lunch will be included. A reception with light appetizers will take place from 5:00-6:30 pm. After the reception, you will be free to enjoy the resort on your own. Dinner will be on your own.
Sunday, May 18 – Breakfast will begin at 7:30 am, followed by program sessions. The event will conclude by noon. No lunch will be provided.
Registration Information:
To request a registration form, send an email to rsvp@wpbdf.org or call 724-741-6160. Once approved, you will receive a link to fill out your registration form online.
The only cost to attend this event is a $50 non-refundable registration fee, per family (due at time of registration). If the $50 registration fee and/or cost of transportation would present a hardship that would prevent you from attending, you may apply for a scholarship.
The $50 registration fee can be paid with a check, money order, or credit card. Registration approval and payment instructions will be emailed to you after your registration form has been reviewed by WPBDF.
The deadline to request a registration form is March 13, 2025. Completed registration form (including all signed documents) and the $50 registration fee (or scholarship request) must be received by March 15, 2025.
If you do not have access to the online registration form and need a printed copy mailed to you, you must request the registration form no later than March 3, 2025.
