The Western Pennsylvania Bleeding Disorders Foundation (WPBDF) invites you, your family, and friends to attend our holiday tree and wreath auction. It’s a great way to kick off your holiday season!
This auction will showcase decorated trees, wreaths, and tabletop centerpieces that are all available for bid. Bidding will open online on Monday, November 14, 2022 and end on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at the conclusion of our Final Night Event. Auction items can be taken home the night of the event. You do not need to purchase a ticket to our Final Night Event to participate in the auction! You can register to be a virtual bidder online and bid from the comfort of your own home! Items can be picked up at the Foundation office (775 Fourth Street, Beaver, PA 15009) starting Monday, November 21st. We Need Your Help
There are many ways to participate in this event and we need your help. We need help acquiring donations, decorating trees and wreaths, and making the on site event inviting, festive, and fun for all to enjoy.
1.) Volunteer – Volunteers will be needed to help decorate trees and wreaths at the Chapter Office starting on November 1st. We will also need volunteers to help transport auction items from the Chapter Office to Gaetano’s and help set up on November 14th.
2.) Donate – Donations of artificial trees and wreaths, holiday decor, gift cards, raffle basket items, and monetary donations are needed.
3.) Attend this Event – Come and enjoy this fun and festive event! We invite you to attend this event and encourage you to invite your friends, family, and co-workers. It’s a great way to kick off your holiday season! We will also have all of the auction items available for bid online, so even if you can’t attend the event in person, we encourage you to participate in the online auction. The online auction will open on November 14th, one week before the in-person event.
