Dear WPBDF Community,

Your privacy and peace of mind are very important to us. We want you to always feel safe, respected, and supported when you join us at events. That’s why we want to remind you to be careful with your personal information and only share it when you want to be contacted.

Exhibitors at our events are not allowed to collect your contact information for raffles, giveaways, or contests. If you ever notice this happening, please let a WPBDF staff member know right away so we can take care of it.

We also want you to know if you are ever contacted by an organization, specialty pharmacy, manufacturer, or any company in the bleeding disorders space without giving them permission to do so, this is not allowed and is a violation of our policy. Please tell us if this happens so we can address it. Your information is personal, and keeping it private and protected matters deeply to us.

To give you peace of mind, here’s what our Exhibitor Guidelines require:

  • No individual or company may collect consumer information for raffles, giveaways, or contests during consumer events without prior approval from WPBDF.
  • If a raffle, contest, or giveaway is approved, the information will be collected by WPBDF, not the exhibitor.
  • Personal information may only be collected on official company forms (print or online) or forms provided by WPBDF.
  • Exhibitors must clearly explain if you should expect to be contacted and by what method (email, phone, mail, etc.).
  • Information collected may never be used to search for, contact, or follow you on social media.

You can review our full Exhibitor Guidelines here.

Thank you for helping us create a safe and supportive environment for everyone in our community. Together, we can make sure your privacy and trust are always protected.

With care,

Kara Dornish
